Hello I had a really positive experience dealing with the delta airlines corporate office regarding their pet policy. When I contacted them to ask about pet travel, they gave me a thorough explanation. They informed me about the carrier size restrictions and associated costs. The staff members patiently addressed all of my questions. Traveling with my pet gave me comfort. They were helpful and professional, in my opinion.
