Tagged: WordPress theme animation

Good morning, I am currently using the theme of Xtocky Version 2.0.2 on my website. My page is “www.motorpuerta.org”.
The problem I have is that I need to eliminate the effect or animation that occurs when refreshing the page or moving from one part of the web to another. It is an effect of a kind of blue circles rotating in the center of the screen. The problem is that I can’t find how to eliminate that effect only.
Thanks for helping, greetingsFebruary 12, 2020 at 4:48 pm #6872
can you send me your screenshot thanksFebruary 12, 2020 at 5:44 pm #6873
Yes, I can send you a snapshot of the image of the problem that I told you but I don’t know how to do it through this post since when I try to send you the capture it asks me for a url of the image but it doesn’t let me do a normal upload .. .
How can I send you my capture?
Thank youFebruary 12, 2020 at 7:19 pm #6874February 12, 2020 at 7:58 pm #6875
Ok, here I send you the capture link. If you look at that kind of transition it is the one I want to remove from my website and in this way prevent it from loading every time you move from one site to another on the web or simply refresh it. The problem is that I don’t know where the option is in the Xtocky theme in wordpress to be able to remove itFebruary 12, 2020 at 8:20 pm #6876
go to wp-admin->xtocky-> theme option -> general-> disable the pre loader.February 12, 2020 at 9:19 pm #6877
I have accessed the route where you have indicated but that option was already deactivated from the beginning …
What I have seen is that there are 2 links to access the theme options as I send you in the image capture and as it seems to my surprise in one I can access and when I enter that option that you indicated to me is disabled, but, in the other option does not let me in and when I click on it I get a message that says: “Sorry, you do not have permission to access this page.”
The strange thing is that I am obviously an administrator of the page and I cannot understand why I cannot access this option and also if I can do it in there it will be there where I can really deactivate what you are telling me although it is already deactivated in the option to which I can enterFebruary 12, 2020 at 10:50 pm #6880

you need to backup your website and database then one by one all plugins deactived.
then only theme required plugins active. then check it what happen.February 13, 2020 at 2:45 pm #6884
So, if I understood correctly, should I deactivate all the wordpress pugins and see what happens to the Xtocky issue by doing so?February 14, 2020 at 11:53 am #6888
i want to know any plugins conflict or notFebruary 14, 2020 at 2:55 pm #6889
Ok, I have a test environment that is exactly the same duplicate website. So I will perform the deactivation of plugins in it since there is the same problem with the “Xtocky” pre-loader.
When I have done this I will transfer the results.
