Hello very good, we have carried out the operation with the theme of the web as you have indicated and effectively when leaving the theme “child” and putting the main theme the pre-loader is deactivated without problem but the big drawback we have with this is that we have many configurations of the child that we obviously lose when we go to the main topic …
Would it be possible even if it was a more drastic option to deactivate the PHP function that calls the pre-loader directly in the child theme that we are currently using on our main page?
Thanks againFebruary 22, 2020 at 11:07 am #7164
you need to all plugins deactivate then inform me. here i see error page.February 23, 2020 at 5:44 pm #7352
i check my local environment our theme perfectly works. can you allow me reset your wp panelFebruary 24, 2020 at 9:36 pm #7411
we have already reset the wordpres panel of dev.motorpuerta.org
As I commented on our main page we have long had the theme of Xtocky child installed and very configured … so that leaving the theme of child to go to the main would imply enough inconvenience at the configuration level to continue having it as until now . If it is possible to deactivate the pre-loader from the topic of child, it would be ideal, either through PHP code directly or otherwise.
Thank youFebruary 26, 2020 at 11:14 am #7449
