Custom CSS not working

I have inserted custom css into the homepage using WPbakery and even on the Custom Code section of theme options and it works for a minute then reverts to what it used to be.
This theme seems to be very buggy and support takes almost a full day to respond.
I’m not going to be quick to conclude and give the devs a benefit of the doubt

hello if custom css code not working use !important value.

go to theme option-> custom code-> css.
other way
go to appearence-> customizer-> advance css
