All our free downloadable products are available for direct download. All paid downloadable products can be downloaded with membership or as a single product. Paid products will be accessible for download after payment is received and verified. To process our payments we use Paypal, Master Card, Visa, American Express and all major credit cards. You must agree with their terms and conditions before paying for any of our membership plans.
Your membership information will be emailed to the email address. Normally our system creates the account after successful payment. There are some cases that your payment is not successfully done and then we have to review and process download information manually. So, delays can be as long as 1hr up to 24hrs depending on the situation and extent of investigation required after a fraud alert has been activated.
Our system may save all downloads made by a user with a premium membership.
Each individual product purchased from Themepiko includes free updates to customers for 3 Month, 6 Month, 1 year from the date of purchase. We do not guarantee that product updates will always be made and forever, but Themepiko does it’s best to improve each product over time and make sure they will work with the latest version of WordPress and latest technologies.
Paid theme and template updates are available to our club members while their club subscription is still active. But you can still use installed theme and templates even when your membership will ends.
Themepiko’s theme and templates and extensions are GPL compliant. All PHP portions of the templates, components and styles are licensed under the appropriate GPL license of the parent platform. This does not mean that all our products are free. Customers must first purchase Themepiko products and then they may use them. Support, updates and customer accounts are only available to those who purchase our products.
Once you have downloaded our product, you may contact us for support via forum and we will do our best to resolve your issue. We will try provide a solution via the forum for smaller bug fixes, after which we will update the core package. Theme, plugins and Template support is offered to verified customers by forum only. Support requests made by email, tweet, facebook comment or any other method in most cases will be redirected back to the forum.
If your support requires additional modification of the template, the module or plugin then you have two options:
- Wait for further development of the product.
- Hire an expert (We do not provide any customisation service).
