Further support requested as your team asked me to on the envato market support’s discussion posted as peteraloha / PURCHASED / SUPPORTED

All secondary menus have been deleted, primary menu doesn’t contain these elements, but mobile menu still displays them.

hello you need to again fresh installed WordPress admin. may i think WordPress core file corrupt. before delete you can backup first.
