Don’t worry about it, the client I was working for doesn’t want me to proceed with implementing the theme on their site and will be contacting you directly via Themeforest.

Thanks, that’s cleared the error message but the menu items and Theme Options related parts of the theme are still not showing. All plugins are up to date, as is WordPress and the theme now. I’ve tried disabling non-related plugins but this doesn’t make a difference.
