Hello,

I know that it’s working fine on your demo.
I’m asking if you know help find out why it’s NOT working fine on my site.

I’m not using any search related third party plugin. And I’ve disabled all third party plugins as a matter of fact so to see if maybe one of them is causing a conflict and the issue still remains.

Should I send my site login details so you can investigate?

Hello,
I’ve cleared my browser history and cache. I’ve even downloaded two new browsers (opera and firefox) and the search result has not changed still.

I set my shop page to be Grid and nor list and it’s still not working.

The issue is not about the laptop model!
PLEASE PROVIDE A CSS CODE that can help me fix this problem!!!

Why does the menu break when I minimize my browser window? Not every user will visit my site in fullscreen.
The device at 1190px is a laptop.
I’m not very good with CSS so please what code do I have to put in the custom CSS section??

I don’t understand what you’re saying.
Please, it takes too long for support to respond to messages! ( i understand that there is a time difference) we cannot waste time with ambiguous messages. I’ve explained the problem of the menu to you. Can you please help with a solution. Can you make it so that this doesn’t happen at resolutions that are 1190px and lower. Please!

Resolution is at 1190px.
Please can you change the minimum to 800px.

Please POST A SCREENSHOT!
The same way I did when I had a problem. There is no option for bottom header color under theme-options
